What are the new rates for roaming in the EU as of 15/5/2017?

With an active bundle:

Call: the extra costs that used to be charged for roaming minutes before 15/5/2017, will disappear. You’ll simply use your calling bundle abroad as of 15/5/2017.

Being called: absolutely nothing.

Receive an SMS: receiving an SMS is always free of charge.

Surf mobile: the extra costs that used to be charged for surfing mobile abroad before 15/5/2017, will disappear. This means you’ll surf for free abroad, while your used MB’s will be deducted from your active bundle.

Send an SMS: sent roaming SMS’ will be deducted from your active SMS bundle, no extra costs.

Call other EU countries from an EU country: when you’re in Belgium and you use your Belgian number to call (e.g.) a French number, you’ll pay € 0.5/min. If you’re in the Netherlands, for example, and use your Belgian number to call (e.g.) a French number, you’ll pay as if you’d call a Belgian number. For our subscriptions, the normal calling rate will apply.

Out of bundle:

Call: the extra costs that used to be charged for roaming minutes before 15/5/2017, will disappear. Abroad, you’ll pay the same costs per minute as you would in Belgium, while this usage will be deducted from your remaining calling credit. The out-of-bundle cost for subscriptions is € 0.2/min.

Being called: absolutely nothing.

Receive an SMS: receiving an SMS is always free of charge.

Surf mobile: the extra costs charged for surfing mobile abroad after 15/5/2017, will be € 0.1/MB.

Send an SMS: sending a roaming SMS out of bundle will cost you € 0.1/SMS.

Call other EU countries from an EU country: you use your national bundle for this. Out-of-bundle, you’ll pay € 0.2/min.
