Why haven't I received any Viking Points yet?

After you've received confirmation of your booking or purchase by our partner it can take up to 24 hours to receive your Viking Points on hold in your Viking Wallet. They'll stay on hold until your booking or purchase has been processed by our partner.

  • For a purchase this is done after the return period has passed, usually about a month. 
  • For a booking, you receive the Viking Points approximately 8 to 12 weeks after your actual stay.
