Why don't I receive anymore invoices for prepaid SIM cards as of December 2017?

Legally, we can only send invoices based on monthly usage. We can’t send invoices based on top-ups. So it’s possible that one top-up shows up on multiple invoices. We did this in 2016, but reverted back to the old system (invoicing per top-up) because we got a lot of negative feedback from Vikings. But the old system is not in accordance with the law. That’s why we took this decision to not send any more invoices for prepaid SIM cards.
Would you still like an invoice? Then you’ll have to switch to a subscription. For subscriptions, invoicing will continue as usual. And they’re awesome as well.

Tip: until the end of this year (2017), the calling credit of your prepaid SIM card will be converted into Viking Points if you switch to a subscription. Those Viking Points are used automatically to pay for your subscription.
