Why don't I receive invoices for prepaid SIM cards as of 1/1/2018?
Legally, we can only send invoices based on monthly usage, not based on top-ups. So it’s possible that one top-up shows up on multiple invoices. But that system is not in accordance with the law. That’s why we took this decision to not send any more invoices for prepaid SIM cards. We were the last Belgian operator to do so, yet as of January 2018 this will no longer be the case.
Do you still want an invoice as of now? You'll still get them with a Mobile Vikings subscription. For subscriptions, invoicing will continue as usual. And they’re awesome as well. You can switch in your SIM settings.
