There may be 2 reasons for this:
- Your Viking advantage may have expired. By default, the Viking advantage is valid for 1 calendar month. It therefore expires together with your bundle of free texts and mobile data and cannot be brought forward to the next month, like your calling credit.
- The 60 minutes are valid from 00.01 am to midnight. A telephone call which continues into the next day shall not automatically be added to your free call minutes for that next day. Suppose you make a call from 11.55 pm to 00.05 am. In that case ,the last 5 minutes will be deducted from your phone calling credit. The reason? The package of 60 free minutes for the next day cannot be activated during a phone call. The part of the conversation after midnight therefore becomes paid.
