What do I have to do when I can't connect to the network?

  • Restart your device completely and/or remove your SIM card for a moment. After a restart, your device is forced to make a new connection with the network.
  • Go to the settings of your device and manually select the Telenet Group network called ‘BASE’ or ‘Mobile Vikings’.
  • Test your SIM card in another device to check whether the problem reoccurs. This will allow you to exclude that the problem is related to the SIM card or the software on your own device.
