Why are all actions displayed as "paying" when I have no Internet connection?

If you have an iPhone with no active Internet connection, all actions are displayed as "paying". The reason is that the Viking App cannot retrieve the current status of your bundle(s) and therefore it cannot check whether your contact is a Viking or not.
If you have an Android phone, no rates will be shown.
