Yes. You can do this via your settings.
The bundles of your subscription will expire immediately, so you'll have to top up your SIM card right away. If you don't, you won't be able to call/surf/send texts.
- If you're still on our old platform, your switch will be immediate.
- If you're on our new platform (you'll know after you've received an SMS), you'll only switch when your subscription ends.
- You cannot switch if you still have unpaid invoices/payment invitations. Consult your balance on ‘My invoices’ or ‘My payment invitations’.
