Can I switch from a subscription to a prepaid SIM card?

Yes, that’s possible. You do this via your settings. Your subscription bundles will then expire immediately and you may still receive an invoice or payment invitation for any usage outside your bundle. This may take up to 10 days. You will now need to top up your prepaid SIM card to obtain calling credit and whatever optional bundles you may want. You can find more information about our prepaid SIM cards at “Prepaid”.

Do you still have an outstanding invoice or payment invitation? In this case, you can only switch over to a prepaid SIM card after the balance is settled. You can check your balance on your account by going to “My invoices” or “My payment invitations”.
