How do you change your price plan? You can change the price plan for your subscription at any time. You can find the subscription formulas at “Subscriptions”. You change your price plan via the website, or in the My Viking app.
Want to select another price plan? If so, your current bundle will continue until expiration. After that, your new price plan will be renewed every 30 days. You'll immediately pay for your new monthly bundle and any usage outside the previous bundle. You immediately receive the month bundle for your new price plan, but you can first use up your previous bundle. You will receive your next invoice or payment invitation in the month after you switch over, independent of the date of your previous subscription.
If you have a prepaid SIM card, you can choose a new price plan each time you top up your SIM card. Keep in mind that if you choose the Only Data price plan your remaining calling credit will expire.
