I have a new credit card/bank account number. How do I change my payment method?

You will have to set up a new payment method. To do so, go to your payment settings

After logging in, go to 'account'. Next, choose 'payment methods'. Here, click the red button 'add a new payment method' to create the new payment method. Next, choose 'change' next to your number to link the new payment method to your SIM card. Afterward, you can delete the old method.

It’s much better to do this too early, rather than too late! The approval for your new bank instructions can take up to 10 working days to be processed.
