In some European countries I’m not connected to the internet. Why is that?

You're probably connected with a local provider that doesn't allow data roaming. You can fix this by manually selecting a different network and rebooting your device.

Your settings have to be correct as well. Check our settings guides!

Settings ok, tried a different network, and still no internet? Try editing an existing access point or creating a new one using the settings below:

  • apn: internet.proximus.be
  • MCC: 206
  • MNC: 01
