What do I do when I can't connect to the network?

  • Reboot your device and/or take out your SIM card briefly. After a reboot, your device has to connect to the network again.
  • Go to your settings and manually select the Telenet Group NV network. It'll show up as BASE or "Mobile Vikings" in your device.
  • Test your SIM card in another device to verify whether the problem persists. You can do this to check whether the problem is your SIM card, or maybe your device's software.
