First double-check whether you've used the correct code, whether you've left out the "quotation marks" and whether there is a space after "MV". If you are still unable to send the text (or have lost your current SIM card), a number transfer form can be downloaded from the activation page. Do so by checking with the red button whether your activation text was correctly sent. The document will become available when you do this. Sign the document and send it to us (at firstname.lastname@example.org by regular mail) and we will do everything we can to start the number transfer manually.
