What do I have to do when I have reached the EU data roaming limit?

According to the European regulations everyone who data roams must receive a warning when reaching the € 48 limit. When € 60 has been used, a European provider must automatically switch off the Internet roaming connection.

Please note that this is measured per calendar month. You can e.g. use € 30 at the end of July and € 30 again at the beginning of August. Added up you will have spent € 60 in a short period of time, but since these are two calendar months, this scenario is allowed.

To change the settings of this function you text one of the following messages to +32486191966:

SUM DISABLE: the warning is completely disabled

SUM ENABLE: the warning is re-enabled

SUM IGNORE : the warning is disabled for the current calendar month
