My bundle is used up and I no longer have service. What should I do?

Usage outside your bundle is settled separately. To avoid unpleasant surprises, you will receive an alert when your usage outside your bundle exceeds €5, €10, €20, €30 or €50. After this, we automatically stop your service.

Want to call, text and surf again? If so, please contact our helpdesk. They will make a one-time increase in your limit so that you can get your service back. The payment will be an automatic direct debit and shown on your next invoice or payment invitation.
