I have changed my bank account number. How do I change my payment method?

It is not possible to change your direct debit instruction. So, if you change your bank account number, you will need to set up a new payment method. To do so, go to “My Viking” → “Settings” → “Payment settings” → “Add a new payment method”.

Afterward, you can delete the old payment method.

Tip: it’s much better to do this too early, rather than too late! The approval for your new bank instructions can take up to 10 workdays to be processed.
