What do I have to do when I can't connect to the network?

  • Check if your SIM card has sufficient calling credit or mobile data left. You can do so on the website ("My products" > "More info") or via the Viking App. Out of data? For a prepaid SIM card topping it up is the best way to go. For a subscription you might consider switching to a higher price plan, which will include a larger data bundle.
  • Check if your mobile internet settings are still correct. Probably best to use our configuration wizard.

If, after all this, your mobile internet still doesn't work, please contact our helpdesk to have your issue checked out.
