I already had a subscription before 10/7/2017. Why didn't I receive any extra mobile data this month?

You get 5 megabytes for every unused calling minute in your previous bundle. So you won't get any extra data if you don't have any calling minutes left. Of course, you can go online using your regular data bundle. Do you feel like you should have received additional data? Then please contact our helpdesk.

Watch out: this advantage only applies to subscriptions that were contracted before 10/7/2017.
