Due to unexpected technical issues, there might be a slight delay on some notifications, or they may not be sent at all. That's why we advise you to regularly check your calling credit via your account on our website or the Viking App, of course. Don't forget that your usage is not visible immediately: you only see a text after it has been delivered, a phone call after you've hung up, and a mobile data session after you've stopped surfing.
